Burbank Kids Dental

I love bringing my daughter here and she loves it too! I remember when I was a kid, I cried every time my mom took me to the dentist. The ladies at the front desk greet my daughter with a smile each time and Robin and the toys really help her feel comfortable from the start. Once you go to the back for the exams and cleanings, you walk into a bright white and colorful open room with lots of light coming in. Feels like a wonderland! And the techs and Dentist are so wonderful. They all make her feel really special and that’s so important!

We visited Burbank Kids Dental for the first time today and we had an excellent 10/10 experience! Right from the start of calling to set up and appointment with Vanessa to the kids getting their cleaning an X-rays done and meeting with the Dr. Su, it was an overall positive experience. The whole staff is professional, courteous and friendly. We arrived early and the staff was prepared and ready to see us. The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing and in a great location. The kids loved Robin the interactive AI robot which was their highlight of the appointment (aside from no cavities). Dr. Su was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made my kids feel at ease. My teen who is typically very anxious was able to get through the appointment with ease and confidence. She liked that Jesus, the tech, was patient and explained every step. I’m a very observant parent and observed that this office runs a smooth and organized schedule assuring that the both the parent and kids feel safe and comfortable. We hope to make this our home dentist office and will update as necessary.

Burbank Kids Dental is a small but charming practice. I love all the little touches like the colorful mural, toys in the waiting room and special prizes after their visit, but what really seals the deal for me is Dr. Su. Simply put, I really like his vibe. He’s relaxed and approachable and explains things clearly. Today, the practice accommodated both of my sons at the same time because we otherwise had a second appointment hours later. The office staff is kind and helpful. I recommend this place both for its cheery, cosy and welcoming vibe as well as the wonderful dentist himself.

Kind, warm and welcoming staff! Waiting room has a robot that will play hide and seek with your kids. I bring both of my daughters here and Dr. Su is incredible with both of them. My older daughter has crippling anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist, and Dr. Su is so kind and patient and never makes her feel bad for being herself. I can't begin to describe how appreciated that is when other dentists have not always been as understanding. Now after going a few times, she is a lot calmer and nowhere near as scared, and I credit that to Dr. Su and his team. Highly highly recommend!
